To be an IT project manager, you need to be familiar with the technological as well as human aspects. Most likely you will work with people from different backgrounds and experiences. How would you motivate everyone to be onboard?

BACKGROUND:
Have you ever thought about your career planning? What do you see yourself doing in the next 5 years? Would you want to be an IT project manager? To be an IT project manager, you need to be familiar with the technological as well as human aspects. Most likely you will work with people from different backgrounds and experiences. How would you motivate everyone to be onboard?
ASSIGNMENT:
Use the internet to collect information on 1) job descriptions of IT project managers from more than 5 job sites, and 2) how to manage a diverse team. Write a report on your findings on the common characteristics these job descriptions share and strategies to work with diversity issues. Your report needs to address the following questions, not necessarily in this order:

1)The similarities and dissimilarities of these jobs
2)Would you be interested in this kind of job? Why or why not? If this is the kind of career you would like to pursue, do you consider yourself qualified? Why? If not, what kind of IT career would you be interested in? Why?
3)As an IT project manager, discuss strategies of how you would work with a diverse workforce.

Organization: Small intro paragraph at the beginning including an overview of the assignment questions. Headings and Subheadings should be used to organize your paper (as in the example provided to answer each part of the paper). Attached are required sources to READ in order to have enough background knowledge, if no PDF is attached please use the link in the sources document provided. You are allowed to use other scholar sources if you need it to explain answers more in depth (U.S. Based sources only). The sources document is numbered so that they can easily be put in the reference page of the assignment. Only allowed a maximum of 6% being directly quoted material. The reference page would have references with links in standard APA style as seen in the example attached. The template document was added to show the flow and structure of past papers.
