Greatest talent

What would you say is your greatest talent or skill? How have you developed and demonstrated that talent over time?(words:250-350)

My Draft:
My greatest talent is I have strong empathy and strong communication skills. When I was younger, I found myself easily noticing changes in my friends. He got a haircut today, she wears her new dress, she got new earrings, and so on. Once I got a little older, I found I could easily sense changes in the emotions of those around me. Although my empathy is my talent, the ability to effectively communicate with others is the skill I worked hard to develop later in life.

My empathic ability is fully demonstrated in my workplace. When I first got hired at Nike, we were short-staffed. Under this circumstance, our managers scheduled part-timers more hours a week than we expected. I quickly noticed my friends frustrations and the managers hardships. After communicating with both sides, my friends felt reasonable and the managers realized they need to speed up the hiring process.

My ability of strong empathy and communication have not only helped me socially but also academically. I try my best to take care of each member and further guide them through the learning process. I eventually develop my communication skills as well as my leadership experiences. Effective communication can always improve efficiency.

With the support of my empathy, I have improved my understanding, my listening skills, my accuracy in capturing information, and my sensitivity to catching emotions. Moreover, I developed my communication which also includes my logical thinking process. My strong empathy and communication skills have made me encouraging, and always positively motivating others.
