This is a military paper so I will edit it a little once I receive it back. This assignment is simple, I am picking 3 leadership principles by colin Powell and you are to explain in detail how or why each chosen principle pertains to you. Basically, look at this assignment as if you were writing it about yourself as if you are in the military.

2. Never neglect details: (Those little details that are left out can make the difference in the mission)

3. The day they stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them.
