Address the following question:
What theory of justice provides the most justice? Discuss using examples from the class and your research. Assume your audience is disengagedyour goal is to discuss key tenets of the theory of justice, and apply those tenets to specific cases weve discussed throughout the course.

Audience
For this paper, your peers in the class and I will be your audience. For argumentative writing, you should assume that your audience is disbelieving/disengaged from the conversation. That means its your goal to make your position clear, address potential counterarguments, and use varying rhetorical appeals to convince your audience to agree with you.
Organization
You should follow the standard academic essay organization, including:
An introduction with a hook, background, and thesis
A body, comprised of paragraphs that support the thesis. Each paragraph should include
A topic sentence that supports the thesis
Evidence from Serial and outside sources to support the topic sentence
Analysis of the evidence and how it supports your claim in the topic sentence and the thesis
A conclusion that summarizes your purpose and helps the reader see the significance of your paper
This paper also needs to include a counterargumentthat can be a counterargument paragraph, or be integrated within main body paragraphs.

Include a clear, insightful thesis that addresses the prompt
Include a reasonable counterargument that relates to the thesis
Attempt to use rhetorical strategies (ethos, pathos, logos, kairos) to convince the audience
Avoid logical fallacies
Provide evidence from course materials and two credible outside sources to support the thesis statement.
One source must be an academic article
Use standard academic essay organization, as outlined above
Complete an outline
Use recognizable MLA format for the paper, although few minor errors may be present
Cite each episode of the podcast used and outside source in the paper and in an MLA Works Cited
Document others words mostly effectively, where necessary, using MLA, and avoid plagiarism
