Introduction

As a dedicated nurse, my role extends beyond the confines of medical procedures and technical skills. I believe that nursing is not just a profession, but a calling driven by a deeper sense of purpose. My leadership purpose revolves around providing compassionate patient care, advocating for holistic wellness, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, promoting evidence-based practice, and embracing lifelong learning. This discussion delves into the essence of these leadership aspects, supported by credible scholarly sources published within the last five years.

Compassionate Patient Care

At the heart of nursing lies the principle of compassionate patient care, where patients are treated not merely as medical cases, but as individuals with unique needs and emotions.
