INSTRUCTIONS: This deliverable requires the student to create a 15-20 page Decision Presentation in PowerPoint that incorporates the most important aspects of the Business Plan and Financial Model deliverables. The first 5 slides form the main presentation (the ones you did last week), while the remaining slides become the Appendix. Pivotal aspects of the Decision Presentation are sequence and completeness of the material, clarity of the message being communicated, and format of the presentation and slides to enable rapid comprehension by the audience and support of the presenter while presenting. The Decision Presentation must be constructed and submitted in Microsoft PowerPoint, which is industry standard and best practice.
Suggestion: For the appendix slides, 1 slide could be “how does the App look like?” and another slide could be “how does the product work?”.
