Final Course Project
This course will require a summative project. This will be due this last half-week of the course.
Develop a scenario for the final project from the various activities in each module as outlines in the Course Project Timeline.
The outcome of the project should be a description of the scenario. Pertinent theories and leadership styles, patient rights, ethical standards, identification of leadership styles, application pf leadership styles in a clinical setting.
01–Project introduction and scenario development
02–Evaluate the effectiveness of inter-professional care teams, patients rights, legal standing of the patient, identifying models of relationship
03–Apply the ethical standards and theoretical framework to a scenario.
04–Recognize the application of ethical theories and the relationship to scenario
05–Explain the various forms/styles of leadership
06–Leadership Styles in clinical environment
07–Identify the significance of a cooperative mindset and how leadership will close the loop through a process
08–Submission of completed project utilizing the activity rubric as directive for maximal credit.
