A 3 Page feasibility report on whether or not Veterans of the U.S. armed forces should build their own house or buy a house, given the current state of the economy and housing market in the U.S., taking into consideration cost of materials, labor cost, geographic differences such state codes for newly built houses, land permits, taxes, etc.
