Directions: In 1-2 pages (for written submissions) OR 4-5 minutes (for video submissions), address the following.

1. Explain how the fundamental characteristics (e.g. length of term, age requirement, number of members, etc.) of the House of Representatives and the Senate shape their elections and ability to serve their constituents.
