Make at least five arguments of things that went on during the trial that could have biased the jury toward guilt (e.g. death qualification, inadmissible testimony, etc.) Cite psychological research and then use your creativity to explain how it applies to the case you are testifying for. In addition, comment on which of the research findings about the trial process you personally found the most surprising or interesting and why.

Review the various strategies and methods for coping with stress presented in Chapter 14.
Write a brief essay in which you describe at least four coping methods and identify which of them you use, when you use them, and how effective you find them to be. Use concepts from the entire chapter (e.g. problem-focused coping, opening up, social support, etc)- not just Table 14.3. In addition, comment on any changes that you might make to improve your ability to deal with stress and if there is anything you learned that changed the way you think about stress.
