You will need to research and write a paper on everything one would want and need to know regarding the Halligan Bar (aka Pro Bar). This is not a research paper on the inventor of the tool, Chief Hugh Halligan, I want you to concentrate on the tool itself. Discussion should take place on everything from why the tool was invented, designed the way it is, dimensional characteristics, materials, methodologies in which the tool is used, etc. Further discussion on the Halligan should explain how mechanical advantages, levers, and fulcrums are relevant to the Halligan and its use. By the time this paper is complete, and upon your return, you should be able to instruct a class on the Halligan and forcible entry.
