This paper should center on analysis of a quality initiative that is needed within your healthcare organization, as well as the corresponding application to or impact on the manager/administrator role. This quality program should not already or currently being implemented in your organization. This should be a brand new initiative that will benefit your organization with the proposed quality initiative. You should include the rationale for the proposed quality program, the steps and timeline for implementation, how the staff will be educated regarding the initiative, and how the quality initiative success will be measured.
