b. The performance goals should align with one for each area the employee will be evaluated on, along with a way to measure.
4. Evaluate the S.M.A.R.T. Goals that have been set and create Performance Evaluation Measurements that could be used to evaluate the employees performance based on Performance Planning, Evaluation, and Goal Setting.
5. Determine/Describe a feedback loop for the outcome and process feedback.
