What are the three major contributors to inner-city poverty and was there a sort of Brain Drain experienced by the Black community in these segregated neighborhoods? Building from this, what insights into Indigenous Reservations can we gain and lessons be applied going forward as many Indigenous people advocate for greater representation and autonomy? Specifically, how is the labor market influenced by race and citizenship where welfare is deemed acceptabcixle for some but stigmatized for many others?
