Reasons for coming in without an appointment: missed appointment; patient needs refill on medication; physical assessment, patient missed psychotropic injection etc…

It is unfair for patients who come to their appointments and deal with interruption and delay. Therefore, I must delegate the front desk and the nurse to screen the walk-in. (Note: we have a walk-in clinic on the first floor and next door to them is the CPEP, but the patient will show up at my clinic without an appointment.).
