Does Off-Campus Social Media Violate First Amendment Rights?

After reading EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) to Third Circuit: Off-Campus Student Social Media Posts Entitled to Full First Amendment Protection, discuss the schools decision and whether you feel this was or, was not, a violation of the students First Amendment rights to suspend the student from the junior varsity squad for a year. What does it mean to apply the Tinker test? What is the significance?

Guided Response: Choose two peers to respond to. Regardless of your original posting, when responding to your peers, argue the opposite of what they have shared. If they believe this was a violation, you will argue that it was NOT a violation and vice-versa. You must include one reference to support your stance.
