I believe homosexuality is both biological and environmental (nature vs. nurture). A person can be born with the desire and attraction for their same sex and the environment they are raised fosters acceptance. Therefore, the person will act on those feelings and desires. If a person is raised in an environment that does not accept homosexuality, then the individual may go with whatever “norms” are acceptable to those within their environment (parents, peers, church, social groups..etc.) and hid their true self.
