The in-service should focus on strategies used in an assigned learning center within the preschool or primary grades (K-3rd) that will meet the needs of the child with a disability. Students are expected to describe the child, their strengths, needs, likes/dislikes. Each student will describe an activity that is used in the classroom. Students will develop 1 accommodation and 1 modification for that particular child. An explanation of why those accommodations and modifications are necessary are provided.
