The competition or competitions you choose to discuss are up to you. You can speak on one or as many as you would like, you could also relate them to one another (just suggestions).

Please centre the paper on their early origins and the significance of the games in ancient times. The paper is about researching the ancient world, therefore, mention of what the games mean today would not be too constructive.
