Focus of the Final Paper
Submit an eight- to 10-page paper (not including the title and reference pages) on one of the nine topics listed below. You must integrate readings, class discussions, work/life experiences, and what you have learned about real estate principles.

The paper must address each of the following considerations and their impact on your chosen topic:
Describe the importance of ethics in real estate.

Research
