Thoroughly and thoughtfully discuss the eating patterns that you observed in the 3 days of MyPlate maps. Please include the following items in your reflection paper:
Address intake of all 5 MyPlate food groups, as well as foods that fall in the “Other” category. A complete paper will NOT simply re-list the foods that are presented in your MyPlate maps but will reflect a thorough and accurate understanding of proportionality messages in MyPlate.
Address at least 4 key messages communicated in MyPlate (these are included on page 4 of the 213 Project Workbook in the “Understanding MyPlate” pre-project concept checks
Include how factors such as your activity level, hunger, your daily schedule, or where you ate affected your eating patterns.
