In this paper we will take a look at the leadership and philosophical practices of two of the most well known generals in history, Alexander the Great and Napoleon Bonaparte. Many of todays leaders could benefit greatly from the theories and methods provided by these men, not only in terms of warfare, but also in regards to business, politics, as well as many contemporary issues. I will analyze the strength and weaknesses of each respective leader while also focusing specifically on their leadership ethics, theories, and methods that made their leadership great. I will then show how some of these practices could be applied in todays world.
