Develop a visual that illustrates your ethical decision-making model.

Think about a time when you had to make a difficult decision. Perhaps you did not have the most popular perspective and were criticized for your decision. Perhaps you were asked to defend your decision. In these situations, the challenges of making difficult decisions can be alleviated with the use of an ethical-decision making model.

In this week’s discussion, you will explore various ethical decision-making models and adopt one that would best align with your career in the field.

First, begin by familiarizing yourself with some of the following resources on contemporary ethical decision-making models. You do not need to thoroughly read the following resources; simply become familiar with the models presented.

Next, in the discussion, address the following:

Compare and contrast two models that interest you
Either select a model that you could potentially use in the field, OR develop an original model of your own
Develop a visual that illustrates your ethical decision-making model. This visual is something that you could share with your management team and staff someday in an effort to educate them on ethical decision-making
Paste your visual directly in the discussion board using your computer’s Copy/Paste functions (do not upload a file)
How can you take this week’s discussion topic and apply it in the real world?
Visual Tip: Ensure that your model aids the reader in the decision-making process. Remember, this model should illustrate ways that an individual could make an ethically challenging decision.
