At this point, you have selected your organization, identified issues where training could be beneficial, and you’ve evaluated some training methods. Now, you will get more specific about your training solutions for your selected organization. This is where you create a training and development plan to address the issues you’ve identified. Based on the issues you identified in your organization in week 2, what specific training methods do you believe would be most effective to improve or solve the issues you noted? Why are they the best for the issues you selected?
