Using the various OB Self-Assessment exercises (required and optional) that you have taken in this course, reflect on the insights gained from these self-assessments and how they can be useful in understanding yourself and behavior in an organization. To do this you will need to:
Select Three assessments to analyze. Of the three assessments, the Big Five Personality Test and Myers-Briggs Test are required. The remaining assessment should be the additional self-assessment you chose to take on the McGraw-Hill connect course.
For each of the three assessments, include your assessment results and analyze them. Describe whether or not you feel these results are accurate and why. Additionally, discuss how you feel your results might benefit or hinder you in your current (or desired) workplace. The results and analysis for each self-assessment should be approximately one page.
Find, include, and discuss articles relevant to your discussion. Try to include between 1 to 3 articles within your paper, however you may use more if necessary. These articles MUST come from a reputable source such as: Forbes, Business Insider, Reuters, Wall Street Journal, Academic journals/articles/research, and other reputable news sources.
Conclude with a discussion of what you learned about yourself through these assessments and how you can use these findings to help you in your future career. This section should be between 1-2 pages.
If you come across a link or assessment that no longer works, let me know. There is usually more than one version of an assessment online. You should never pay for an OB assessment in this course.

Formatting Requirements:
You paper must be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 6 pages (not including the cover page or references/citations).
You should have approximately one page per self-assessment, and 1-2 pages for the discussion.
Your paper MUST be in APA 7th Edition formatting.
Do not include an abstract, however a cover page is required.
Do not use MLA formatting or any other academic format except for APA for this project.
References and in-text citations MUST be in correct APA formatting. Both references AND in-text citations are required for your paper.
Papers that do not include proper citations will not be accepted.
Must include section headings (and sub-headings) as appropriate for APA formatting.
Text must be double-spaced, font must be 12pt Times New Roman. Your paper must be submitted in a Word Document Format (.doc or .docx).
Final Project Grading Criteria: 200 Points Total
75 points Quality content is thorough and complete. Covers all required sections and includes appropriate external sources.
75 points Critical analysis includes original opinions and the reasons for these opinions based on course material and personal experiences.
50 points Quality writing which implies the use of APA formatting, correct grammar, spelling and includes all references at the end of your report with the internet links or other research citations that you used to write your report.
Note: Failure to use APA formatting will result in a 25 point penalty.
