Part 1: Design your watershed.
You have just been elected as the new urban planner of a riverside village. You need to plan how your community will grow over the next ten years. Download this two-page document, a river and eight community components. Then arrange each of the eight items on the community component page along the river, following the 4 rules below. I recommend printing out the pages or manipulate them in software, to individually separate (along the dotted lines) the items and then move them around to fit the rules. Tape or glue your community in place, and grab a picture or screen shot for Part 2.
Each item takes water from the river, and must be right next to it
Each item returns water through run-off or direct pipe outflows to the river
Pigs grow slower when they hear loud noises regularly
You promised citizens a new river-side park near their homes
Part 2: Share your watershed.
