Themes
In this weekly assignment, we will begin reviewing all the materials of the course and generating key themes and ideas that we have seen throughout the readings. Think of the different issues that have been discussed, name them, describe them, and provide examples that serve to illustrate how they work. Quote and paraphrase from the course materials when doing this work. You might here consider making a table or bulleted lists with key themes along with quotes and paraphrase underneath.

Example: You might identify a key theme in the course as: implicit bias. You would then name this concept, define it, and explain how it has surfaced various texts we have read wile citing examples and using paraphrase and quotes.

Note that you will not need to identify every theme. Instead find 1-3, name and define them and then talk about how they work in the different texts. This can be 300-500 words.
