A good approach to this assignment is think of it as if you are going to pitch this to management on the unit you will someday be working on. In this assignment, you will use the PICO(T) question, literature/articles you found in your literature review in Module 5, and your practice guideline from Module 6. You will recommend a practice change based on the PICO(T) question and associated literature. You need to describe the practice change and why you are recommending it. Next you need to discuss what model you would use to guide implementation and evaluation. You can use an EBP model you find or one of the following:

Diffusion of Innovations Model
Iowa Model of Evidence-Based Practice to Promote Quality Care
Johns Hopkins Nursing Evidence-Based Practice (JHNEBP) model

You must use at least 3 articles from your literature search to support the points you make in your paper.
Write a 2-4 page paper in APA style and format (Times New Roman font, 12 point font, double-spaced, reference page).
