Describe the family, either a family to interview or a family in one of the above movies, to do your family cultural assessment. The two assessment forms below, describe the family using the rubric as your guide including environment, background history, family developmental stage and tasks, family structure and function of family, and healthcare beliefs and practices as outlined in the rubric. You do not have to answer all the questions on the assessment tools – these are a guideline to help you. If you choose a movie, the family or families in the movie provide you with a family in which to do your assessment on. This is not a biography or a review of the movie and points will be lost if the paper represents this.
