1. Describe in general terms the companys financial performance over the past four years.
2. Describe the company hierarchy using their organizational chart. Do you see this as an effective organization based on their financial performance? Explain.
3. Show a market positioning map of the company and its competitors. Describe how you see the company considering this map. Are there too many entities in this space? Do they have a
blind spot related to a smaller, more nimble competitor?
4. Identify and describe the marketing strategy of the company. How does this marketing strategy fit in with the larger corporate wide business strategy?
5. Describe the companys social media presence. Do you think this array of modalities is providing value to their operation? Explain.
6. Describe in your view the top three internal strengths this company has and top three internal weaknesses this company faces.
7. Using these six elements above, create an Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix.
