Describe which theory supports your personal experience of occupational selection and why. Compare and contrast the work-life challenges and benefits for men and women. Describe your own experience in this area of life. What challenges do men and women face in trying to balance work and life? How are these challenges similar and how are they different? What benefits do men and women enjoy in terms of work-life balance? How are these benefits similar and how are they different? Identify your favorite leisure activities from 10 years ago and those that you enjoy at present.
