(CO5) A final, summative project presentation will be prepared at the end of the course that focuses around three key areas, specifically personal empowerment, leadership, and your own personal motivation and future goals and plans. Introduction Prepare an introduction slide that captures the viewer’s attention, gives context to the presentation, and defines all of the main points to be discussed in the presentation. Personal Empowerment Reflect on what you learned about yourself throughout this course in relation to organizational behavior, leadership, and human relations. Share a goal that you have accomplished in the past year. The goal can be personal or professional. Talk about your goal in terms of the dimensions of personal empowerment, e.g. self-efficacy, self-determination, personal/professional satisfaction, life meaning, and/or trust. Which of the dimensions helped you to accomplish this goal? Did accomplishing the goal increase any of the dimensions you possess? Did it increase your overall sense of empowerment and confidence?
