For your final project, you will research and develop a presentation on a leader you are interested in studying.

Your presentation can be as creative as you would like. However, it must meet the following requirements:

Provide meaningful details on the leader’s background.
Describe at least three leadership characteristics based on what you have learned from the course materials.
Explain at least one success and one failure this person experienced as a leader.
Describe the reactions of others to this leader. Was this leader accepted, embraced?
Identify at least one of the leadership styles or theories this leader operates under and explain your rationale.

You may add anything else you would like, but you are required to cover the bulleted points above. Your presentation must be in a format that will work in the online environment. You might create an infographic or a Prezi. You might do a narrated PowerPoint. You might videotape yourself giving a speech about this leader.

You have many options for this project. Please ensure to cite any sources used.

For presentations, provide in-text citations on individual slides with a reference slide at the end of the presentation. The foundation of this presentation will be the reading of a biography or autobiography of your chosen leader.
