Describe a situation at your current or previous place of employment where metrics were not met and an initiative that followed. An example may be long wait times in an outpatient primary care setting resulting in poor patient satisfaction scores. The initiative that followed was to hire an additional medical assistant to help expedite the intake process. Once an initiative is identified answer the questions below:
1. Describe the situation to your classmates.
