Discuss the implications these laws and/or regulations have on the business environment.
Evaluate whether these laws and/or regulations are effective in achieving their intended purpose.
Assess whether there are any changes or modifications necessary. If not, justify your reasons. If so, briefly propose a solution to address the limitations.
