1. Define, and explain three concepts from the Spath text that he or she feels have the biggest effect on healthcare quality management.

2. Each student is to select, define, and explain three concepts from the Studer text that he or she feels have the biggest effect on employee satisfaction and/or patient satisfaction.

3. Each student is to connect one concept from the Spath text to one concept in the Studer text. Specifically, this connection should explain/evaluate the connection between healthcare quality management and employee and/or patient satisfaction.

I’ve attached a paper taken from the reading of Spath and Studer which are included in the references. Other references can also be utilized related to the subject. I would like to use new sources, new verbiage as it relates to the reading. Please let me know if you have any questions.
