Fill out the NGPF “Can You Make It…” document as you play The Uber Game. Fill in all the boxes and think about what you’re noticing about the game as you play it. How real is this experience? What would it be like in the future to choose to or have to live on a gig like this? Are you interested in pursuing further gig employment?

Part II: Making It in the Gig Economy (5 pts)

There are many ways to make money, some of them easier than others. After youve read it, write a paragraph or so about which of the articles points youre most concerned with, which ones youre not stressed about, and any other questions you have about making it work in the gig economy. Are you planning to supplement your income with side gigs now or in the near future? How will you deal with things like taxes, benefits, and retirement savings? Can you balance work and life well here?
