You will attempt to learn how values, beliefs, customs, and the way of life of the other culture are transmitted and influence how people in that culture behave and process information. After you select the cultural group of interest, you will engage in readings/research/videos, activities and immerse in the culture. You will then write a 7-8 page research paper (APA format, 12-point font, double spaced, Times New Roman). This paper will be a concise communication of the integration of your cognitions, emotions and actions in regards to this cultural group. Papers not written in APA format, checked for grammar and punctuation will simply be not graded. (100 points total).
