guideline:
1. Did the authors begin with suitable theories to develop research objectives? You are expected to critically evaluate how the theories mentioned by the authors can be linked to the research objectives.
2. Evaluate the suitability and reliability of the research methods and techniques that the authors have used (e.g. possibility of sampling bias? Were key variables properly measured? Was the suggested causality between key variables valid, if any? Did the authors performed robustness checks?). Please note that you are not expected to be critical on a specific regression technique used.
3. Explain whether you agree with the authors' interpretation of the results.
4. Evaluate the contribution of the research (i.e. whether the authors' findings are useful for business practice, providing new knowledge etc.)
5. Originality of the paper (i.e. were there other studies examining similar issues?).
6. Suggest areas for improvement or future research (e.g. 10% practical ways to improve sampling bias (if any), and measurement of key variables, more interesting related research topic).
