The following provides a basic structure for your work:

Section 1: (up to 1250 words)
– Introduction: Provide an overview of the main contemporary challenges faced by business leaders in a global context.
– Explore two key global business challenges. What are the consequences of these challenges for leadership theory and practice?
– Critically discuss the importance of entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial leadership in a contemporary global context
Section 2: (up to 2000 words)
– Present, using appropriate leadership theory, your personal leadership philosophy and explain why?
– Reflect on a minimum of 3 leadership incidents:
As a minimum:
o when you were a leader.
o where you followed a leader.
o where you observed leadership in another in a global context.
In each case/incident, consider the type of leadership approach adopted with reference to literature. In addition, critically consider the reasons for success or failure.

Section 3: Conclusions (up to 250 words)
Draw together sections 1 and 2 what can you conclude regarding the necessity for entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial leadership in a global context?
