2- Appraise the differences between the HRMs national and international recruitment and selection practices.
3- Analyse the practices in managing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) of employees in your chosen organization.
4- Recommend a training plan and assess its implication in implementing the above practices relevance to global HRM trends within your chosen organization.
