This assignment is part of Human Resources Management and you should critically evaluate the retention and reward system in Google using frameworks, theories and best practices to support the ideas. Focus is more on frameworks and theories but used on the example of Google. This is a 2000 words report.
Please provide an applied critical review (very important!!) of Googles retention and reward strategy:
1. The methods Google employs to engage and retain employees? Is this effective?
2. What is the reward strategy currently used by Google? How is the effectiveness of these methods monitored and reviewed? Has this been found to be effective?
3. Provide recommendations for increasing the performance of employees within the organisation based upon the review carried out.
