You will prepare a research proposal regarding an area of the management domain in which you review the literature and propose further research questions. At this point, the literature review need not be exhaustive, but must include foundational articles for the primary subject(s) and any other articles that help build your research question(s). The proposed subject area should be of appropriate breadth and depth for the full paper, as explained below. You have substantial flexibility in selecting a subject; thus, a proposal is necessary to determine the suitability of your paper topic.
Your proposal may not exceed 1 page and must conform to the requirements listed in the syllabus, with the single exception that your proposal should be single-spaced.
While your proposed research questions may change over the course of your examination of the literature, the topic area of your paper, once approved by Dr. DeBode, cannot change.
