Reflective Paper:
The purpose of the reflective paper is to assess your ability to critically analyze the issues as stated in the readings. At the beginning of each chapter, there is a profile of an individual who has made significant positive contribution to business and community.
You will:
– select any two of the individuals/companies
– compare and contrast their managerial and leadership styles
– note their significant contributions in their fields
– reflect on your personal experience examples
– identify aspects of their practices that you would like to emulate
– mention steps that you would take to adapt the practices
Requirements for the paper:
– the paper must be at least 800 words
– in writing the paper, apply the theories, conceptual ideas and terms that you have learned in this course or other courses that you have taken so far
– the paper must reflect your understanding about key managerial and leadership skills and attributes
