COMPUTER CRIMES – STUDENT PRESENTATION
Students must pick a topic that is relates to computers and/or technology as it relates to law enforcement. Students may also choose a topic related to computers, smartphones, apps, the internet anything related to technology and/or the future of technology and computers. Examples of topics are: red light cameras, license plate readers, fingerprint systems, the history of the internet, google, and YouTube.
Assignment: Prepare a powerpoint about how we use technology or how police officers use technology. Pick a topic, for example, red light cameras, and explain how this thing works, who invented it, how is it used, how does it benefit us or law enforcement.
The PowerPoint must contain 15 or more slides. (The tile slide counts as one slide.)
The PowerPoint must contain photos and/or videos. The more photos and/or videos included to illustrate the topic the better.
The PowerPoint must contain five (5) test questions and an answer key.
The PowerPoint must have one slide that contains references as to where the information for the presentation was obtained. Such as websites, books, etc.
Grading for the presentation:
PowerPoint emailed, printed and handed in before presentation 10 points
PowerPoint contains 15 or more slides 20 points
PowerPoint contains photos and/or videos 20 points
PowerPoint contains five test questions and answer key 20 points
PowerPoint contains a reference page slide 20 points
