1.Apply the Plan-Do- Study-Act (PDSA) cycle to document a test of change to a current process in your day-to- day world. In at least three to four paragraphs use the approach to identify what you are trying to accomplish, the tasks needed to set up the test of change, the tools or approaches that could be used (i.e. 5S), your prediction for what would happen as a result of the test being carried out, and how you will know if the change you plan is an improvement (measurements).

Describe the benefits and advantages, the risks, and share examples of how each approach may be used across organizations. You may chose to design a table for display of this information.
