By now, you have read Dancing Skeletons, Chapters 1-8, by Kathryn Dettwyler and you will have read two articles by Paul Farmer: in Week 4, you were assigned to read “Structural Violence and Clinical Medicine” and this week in class, you were assigned an article by Paul Farmer called “The Exotic and the Mundane: Human Immunodeficiency Virus in Haiti.”
Using at least 500 words, compare and contrast how Dettwyler and Farmer approach the study of health and disease.
