Health and Human Service Agency Final Power Point
Students are required to complete a Health and Human Service Agency Power Point for the final project. Late submissions will not be accepted.

a. Final should contain the following:

1. Clearly identify 8 LOCAL Health and Human Service agencies within New York State.
(Located in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island, Bronx, Westchester or Staten Island)
2. State the purpose of the Agencies
3. Describe how this agencies have impacted our community
4. Summarize each agencys main purpose
5. Identify the significance that each agency has on the community
7. Describe each targeted population for each agency
8. Include all contact information for each health and human service agency, this means the address location, phone number, email and website.
9. This should be no less than 16 slides. Remember like a presentation you are explaining the agency to me as if I have never heard of it.
10. Upload the Power Point to the folder assigned at the end of the semester and email will be sent out letting you know when to upload during finals week.
Examples of Local Agencies: Planned Parenthood, Pride for Youth, Live On NY, Maurer Foundation for Breast Health Education, EPIC Long Island, Meals on Wheels etc;
