CONTENT:
The course has covered various aspects of development and is organized by the domain of that development, for example, language acquisition, socialization, cognitive development, physical and motor development, and so on.

You will reorganize the information to create a snapshot of a typical child at a point in time. The snapshot will cover the major developments for a child of that age. Not all domains are equally relevant to each age language acquisition is less relevant for infants than it is for 4-year-olds and perceptual development less relevant for 4-year-olds than for infants but the goal is to include the domains most important for understanding the developmental profile for a child at that age.

FORMAT:
The project is to be written in essay form with full sentences and subheadings. There is a maximum of 1600 words. Do not exceed the maximum. You may need to make decisions about which information you consider to be most important. Please write in 12pt font size and in Times New Roman, double spaced.

PROCEDURES:
1. Select ONE OF the following ages:
(a) 18 months
(b) 2 years
(c) 4 years
(d) 6 years
(e) 12 years

3. Must include an introductory paragraph stating which age you have chosen (and possibly your reasons) and a summary paragraph that describes the most salient features of that age.
