Choose a case study (of the writer’s choice) in business ethics that we did not discuss in the course. This could be a personal experience or an event or situation from the media. Describe the case as briefly as possible. It should be a case from business that presents an issue or dilemma that is not easy to solve, in other words, not one that is simply illegal or just wrong.

Instruction:
Choose a case study (of the writer’s choice) in business ethics that we did not discuss in the course. This could be a personal experience or an event or situation from the media. Describe the case as briefly as possible. It should be a case from business that presents an issue or dilemma that is not easy to solve, in other words, not one that is simply illegal or just wrong.

Analyze the case using the framework for moral reasoning. Discuss the alternatives or options analyzing them through Table 2, p. 21 Action: How to Choose in the required reading, Business and Corporate Responsibility (attached in this order). Come to a decision on the case and state why this is the best or least worst option. If you think necessary, feel free to add additional sources. Please use one reference from each of the attachment materials

Assignments will be graded as to the thoroughness of your use of the framework and Table 2 and how well you defend your decision, not on what you decide.

Previous Assignment Case Studies (used to give the writer an idea on the kind of case study to select) –
I have attached the “Bayer Crop Science” Case Study as well as the “What Price Safety” case study showing you examples of the different types of case studies we used in the past to discuss business ethics.

Course Material Attached and additional readings also provided to give the writer an understanding of the course.
